Kudos Kids was born from a simple frustration familiar to every parent: the daily battle of getting kids to do their chores. We knew there had to be a better way than nagging, bribing, or endless negotiation.
We imagined an app where children would actually want to complete their tasks — not because they had to, but because it was genuinely fun. An app where earning rewards, building virtual islands, and unlocking achievements made responsibility feel like a game.
So we built Kudos Kids: a family rewards platform that transforms daily routines into an island-building adventure. Parents set the tasks and rewards; children earn currencies, level up their island, and learn the value of effort and consistency.

Instead of anxiety-inducing consecutive streaks that punish breaks, we track "days active this week." Missing a day doesn't erase progress. Weekends off? No problem. Sick day? Automatically covered.
We deliberately avoided loot boxes and mystery rewards — these are gambling mechanics that exploit variable-ratio reinforcement, the most addictive pattern in behavioural psychology. All rewards in Kudos Kids are earned through known, predictable effort.
We're building age-based modes so that a 5-year-old sees a simpler, more visual experience while a 13-year-old gets more autonomy and practical rewards. One app, tailored for every child.
Kudos Kids is available on iOS and Android, with real-time sync across all your family's devices. Changes made on one phone appear instantly everywhere else.
We also integrate with Amazon Alexa, so children can ask "Alexa, what tasks do I have today?" as part of their morning routine. Home screen widgets for Android keep tasks and progress visible at a glance.
Everything syncs in real time. When a parent approves a task, the child sees their reward credited instantly. No refreshing, no waiting — just seamless family coordination.
